Our strength is in empowering our people to be the best version of themselves.

Our People

Our team is a talented group of consciously connected thought-leaders, facilitators, managers, designers, IT developers, cyber security specialists, client liaisons, data analysts, advisors, thinkers and creatives.

We use use the Mind-First principles to be the best people and work in the best interest of MindNavigator’s vision.

Together we are taking on an enormous but important mission of changing workplace culture for every organisation around the world.

Our Leadership team is located in Australia but we have a unique way of working that is fully remote and spans across the globe, including New Zealand, San Francisco, Russia, India and Philippines.

Our Founder

MindNavigator is the culmination of Ami’s personal and professional exploration into actualisation and human connection.

Ami is a specialist and thought leader in the field of adult developmental change, qualified professional counsellor and holds multiple global accreditations in coaching methodologies and psychologies of change. She holds a Masters in Computer Applications and experience in organisational transformation and large-scale technology implementations and brings a wealth of knowledge from her senior leadership roles in EY, Westpac and Dell.

The MindNavigator story began when Ami immersed herself in Human-Centered Development and theories of human change, prompted by a very personal and nearly-tragic accident with her newborn baby daughter when she suffered a significant skull fracture.

Ami used her academic and professional experience to create a system that guides people to navigate their own experiences and affect true developmental transformation, at scale.
