Following the well established 70:20:10 for optimal learning, each Pathway has 3 simple steps to transform insight into action. Leverage our consulting support to help you roll it out – or manage the entire process internally.

Step 1 – Self Enquiry [10]

Participants discover their personal journey through a guided online module with an integrated, self-reflective journal.

Step 2 – Group Dialogue [20]

Group cohorts learn and grow together through group coaching, fully supported by our online facilitator guides.

Step 3 – On-the-job Practices [70]

Individual insights are applied as staff go about their daily activities, leveraging our fully comprehensive Practice Library.
