Founder and Chief Development Officer

Ami brings a passion for human development and extensive knowledge and application of international coaching methodologies, adult developmental theory and other leading-edge approaches to human change. Her personal mission has been to create solutions for effecting genuine reform in organisational cultures, communities and schools.

Ami’s corporate experience ranges from Big 4 consulting experience in both the UK and Australia, heading up a multifunctional business unit within a Big 4 Bank, and roles with regional Asia Pacific responsibility. Before starting her own consulting practice she worked extensively on large-scale technology development and implementations and transformational change programs.

Jim Cook

Jim has significant experience in business building and growth strategy, with a key focus on developing strong customer and partner business relationships which result in a deeper, more consistent, open partnerships.

He brings a wealth of experience with Enterprise Customers & Telcos, and more recently with mid market and SMB and has worked with many of the highest profile businesses in ANZ both as customers and partners / resellers.

Jim is a strong advocate of collaborative leadership styles that also encourage independent, self motivated, empowered professionals who deliver creative solutions to customer problems.

Chris combines a passion for problem solving with extensive experience in business development, working across multiple industries.  He enjoys helping people solve key challenges with solutions that drive results in organisations.  Originally from LA, Chris has worked consistently selling solutions around human development since arriving in Australia in 2011.

Chris has travelled the world extensively seeking his own personal development and inner peace.  He is a long-term practitioner of a number of different yogic paths and has been practicing meditation for over a decade.

Simon Hember

Simon’s a visionary entrepreneur with over 20 years experience creating and building brands in specialist markets. He’s passionate about human capital, culture and leadership and advises many high growth organisations around new market development, M & A, growth strategy and building high performance teams.

Simon founded Acumin Consulting, (now part of Red Snapper Group); he’s also co-founded RANT events; and IT Growth Strategies, an interim executive leadership business for growth companies. He’s currently Group Business Development Director of the Red Snapper Group and a Non-Executive Director of Osirium PLC.

Rod has significant Executive and Board experience across a broad range of industry sectors including Retail, Property Services, IT and not for profit Aged Care. Most recently, he was engaged by Telstra as Retail Director and Principal Business Consultant within the Capability & Innovation team, with particular focus on the implications of new technology trends and developments on enhancing competitive advantage.

Rod was Managing Director and Executive Director of David Jones Ltd and also held positions as CEO, then Non-Executive Director of Tempo Services Ltd and Group General Manager of AWA Distribution and Services.

Mike’s a seasoned entrepreneur who’s bought, developed and sold numerous businesses, some with ASX listings. His experience spans across a diversity of areas including the food industry, laundry and dry-cleaning industry, franchising and technology. Mike’s speciality is in sensing into the heartbeat of an organisation, contributing to its growth and influencing its strategic direction.

Most recently, he supported the growth of SilverChef, an equipment funding solution enabling young entrepreneurs in the hospitality industry. Mike’s a passionate advocate of human development and he supports a number of initiatives focused on social benefits, both locally and in the developing world.
